PRODUCTS
Unless expressly indicated in the product description, IcandyUK.Net is not the manufacturer of the products sold on our website. While we work to ensure that product information on our website is correct, manufacturers may alter their product information. Any products with a best before date coming up, will be reduced with-in two weeks of the best before date MAXIMUM & will be added to our clearance section. Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information than shown on our website. If you have any specific product queries, please contact the manufacturer. You should always read the labels, warnings and instructions provided with the product before using or consuming it and not solely rely on the information presented on our website.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & un-opened.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jarrod@randallsuk.com with photographic evidence (so that we can recovering our costs back from our courier) and send your item to: ICandyUK , 10 Burdale Close. SHIPPING
If the weather is hot, between 25-35 degrees, we do advise to not order our chocolate products/any products that may melt. We cannot be held responsible for products arriving melted during non-ordinary weather, we can only send our products a certain way, there is nothing us or our courier can do to prevent this. We will hold orders back if the weather is very hot.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Any issues with your item getting lost or stolen on it's way back to us are solely the customers issue. We do not deal with any postal issues unless they are coming from us.
